Louise Dear - Delicious Daydream

This painting is loosely inspired by my daughters love affair with Robert Pattinson and the Twilight series of books and films. When Edward takes Bella to a gorgeous meadow clearing in the woods and for the first time she sees the beauty that is her vampire lover, the sun dancing on his perfect skin and glistening like diamonds. A warm afternoons doze dreaming of delicious daydreams.
